1. General Terms

This website is in no way affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored or endorsed by Discord Inc. (discord.com) or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. For inquiries, please contact us directly at https://t.me/zoneogu. We typically respond within 48 hours.

2. Service Agreement

As a retailer of digital products, we reserve the right to sell under these terms of service. Using our services constitutes agreement to these terms and policies. Violations may result in service denial and support server removal.

If your server is flagged as suspicious or potentially fraudulent, we reserve the right to decline service. In such cases, you may change the server link or receive store credit.

3. Return Policy

Our store operates under a strict no-refund policy. Product replacements may be considered if:

• The product doesn't match its description
• The product fails within its warranty period

Replacements are NOT available if:

• The warranty period has expired
• The boosted server was lost under buyer's ownership
• The product was revoked by Discord
• In cases of chargebacks or fraudulent activity

4. Delivery Time

Orders are processed and delivered automatically within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Boosts cannot be transferred or revoked once delivered. We cannot compensate if server administrators or bots remove boosting accounts.

5. Rules

• No spam - all messages are reviewed
• Maintain professional communication
• Clearly explain issues with orders
• Support responses within 7 days

While we may recommend third-party services, we are not responsible for their content or services. Use these services at your own discretion.
